Looking for bankaccount/virtual credit card

Hi looking to obtain a online bank account which also comes with a virtual credit card. I want to use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ details to obtain the account and virtual credit card. Are there virtual credit cards which have the ability to transfer funds to from a bank account. I want to transfer funds from CCNOW to this bank account/virtual credit card?

Can you use debit cards as your credit card verification for Ebay and Paypal for ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name accounts?

Guys, I would strongly advise not even to attempt to open a bank account with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info. That's way dodgey.
