Can you use debit cards as your credit card verification for Ebay and Paypal for ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name accounts?

Probably answered already somewhere but I'm a newbie. Help!

Sure why not?...as long as name matches up you are good to go.

when you say as long as the name matches, i'm not sure what you mean the debit card is in my real name and will be used for a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name account, is that ok?

If the name on that debit card has ever been suspended on EB...forget it. Eventually, it is going to link & get suspended.

Also, if you are trying verify on PP how could it verify if the names don't match? It is no good.

AN DEBIT CARD EXPERIENCE
I have a legitimate BOA debit Visa in wife's name. 1) Signed it up with PP, no problem.
2) Opened Ebay account with it not asked for about 12 days ago. 3) Listed a simple item, eBay asked for PP info, which I gave: item listed. 4) Went to buy a simple item, eBay wanted a CC/DC even though PP tied to the account. 5) Ebay rejected DC already accepted by PP - six times over 3 days. 6) Finally, I used it to make a one time fees payment in my seller account. It was accepted, and now I can buy.

What was the difference?

Did you try to buy off the same account? Or another account? No glitches? Weird.

as for the card working to pay the lousy fees, that follows as ebay always wants money &
they steal wherever they can.
