Quick credit card question.

address bday
and gogle voice phone number.

so all they need is a credit card ?
Why do they need this anonymous credit card BTW?
from what theyve read they NEED it in order to withdraw funds from paypal to their bank acct, right ?

This specific acct that has been created needs to be 100% anonymous, and will not be 100% LEGITIMATE, with sales.
so he will be making an acct collecting 500-1,000$ and then getting a banned acct and moving on to the next one.

also they need to buy a VCC from somebody (already have them lined up) they have no other paypal acct, so they cant send them the money until they have done these few tasks, heres his plan

Sell item on stealth acct. > with that money recieved from sale, paypal to paypal the VCC vendor, > Recieve VCC, > register the VCC with paypal >transfer funds to Stealth acct' holders Bank acct.

Does it take a few days to register the VCC ?
He's new to all of this sry fer sounding nooby.

Welcome to the forums. None of this "he/she" stuff - tell him to join up and ask q's.

While I don't wish to analyze your actions, for the VCC...once you get one, it's registered RIGHT AWAY. Contact one of the sellers here for a VCC with a balance I figure.

so once i register the VCC to my paypal acct, i can withdraw the funds in my paypal to my bank account ?
