which is better visa prepaid or mastercard prepaid?

i was shopping around in a cvs and saw both visa and mastercard for sale. can put as little as $10.00 or $500.00 on either one. which is better? i believe these are the ones that will work for both ebay and paypal? am i right?

Finding a prepaid that will work with either PP or eBay is a lot harder nowadays. Both Visa and Mastercard will work the same. But Im 99% sure the cards youll get at CVS are blocked by both sites.

U need checked merchant u use. Have merchant checked AVS....
If it checked avs , VCC normal can;t use..

While there are threads about that are searchable, would prefer Visa.
