ING banking HELP!!!
 

ok so i got a disposit today and i tried to send it to my bank but theres no opition to do so so i tried looking for a phone # which is almost impossible with these people and the one i found was 800INDDIRECT which is a 12 digit phone # which dosent work!

also how long did it take u guys to get your money where u can send it to your real bank account? i fould this when i was reading

so i have to wait 5 bussiness days to get paid out to my bank?

I have a few ING accounts & all run like clock-work :)

You can add your "real" account to ING...more like link it so when funds enter ING, you can transfer to "real" bank to get your hands on the funds. Initially, there may be a 5-day wait (first time)...don't really remember how long it took the first time I transferred to "real" bank. I transfer all the time now and I believe it is under 3-days for it to show in my "real" account.

when i goto transfer money it only has my 2 saveings accounts in the drop down box that i made it dosent have my bank listed as a opition. Is it cause i have to wait a few days ? i was able to verfy the 2 depoist they made to my bank account but i could'nt send the $1 from my account to the saveings account hope this an't a problem cause i never plan to use it to take money from my bank and put into the saveings

When you say "it doesn't have bank listsed as an option"...did you add your link your "real" bank ac? It won't list your bank on page with accounts but when you click on "transfer" your bank will then be listed as an option if you did link it properly.

yeah i linked it and verifyed the 2 samll amounts but after that i dont see it any where on my page

well that sucks i called them and seems my debit card wont work :confused: why i do not know but now in order to verfiy my account i got to send a check by mail :mad: and my main checking account i do have i dont even use checks for it :eek:

Not clear what went wrong here but this is exactly how I set it up w/ING:
1 - opened 1 savings ac with ING & had them withdraw $5.00 from my "real" checking ac to just open the ac. Added that to 1 pp ac--verified.
2 - opened 2nd savings ac with ING by just adding another "username/nickname" for ac. Added to pp #2 ac -- verified.
3 - Within ING, I added my "real" checking (not savings...don't think they will accept savings) for transfers. I believe they made 2 small deposits, just like pp does.

That was that. Not sure why you are using debit card. I believe you need to enter a routing & ac # when adding your "real" bank info. with ING.

its cause my debit card wont allow money to be taken off it through ACH so its like when u had the $5 tooken from your account i did $1 and it failed to take it and this is why they wont work :( i guess i will have to use my main checking account as bad as i h8 to but i got 172 setting in it right now

So you added a debit card and not a bank account? I guess im not clear on that part, but if its not working just add your real bank account...why don't you want to use your main account?

But like Totally said, I added mine w/ the 2 small amounts and deposited $1 into ING (Thats the money you can't get for 5 days)...once you add your bank account you should be good to go and get that money out...

yeah cause i dont use my main bank for any online bussiness i always used debit cards seems safer and besides that i had no checks for it now i have to pay $16 just to get a check to mail to them to verfiy the account :mad:

i guess they want to make sure if something gose wrong and your saveings ends up in - they can go into your bank and pull the money out to cover it

I don't understand why you have to mail them a check for verification. Why can't you just enter your account & routing #'s...that is what they are looking for w/name of bank.

i did that opition with the debit card i guess u can only do it once online to verfy then u got to do it by mail :( just like on paypal with the phone verfy u get like 3 chances then they do it by mail.
