ing account

sorry guys but i read somewhere on this forum that ING savings account is good to get. I think someone said i can get up to 20 account numbers linked to my local bank account. How would i do this?

aspkin 04-25-2008 06:02 AM

ING won't work with Paypal anymore. They limit accounts that ING are added to. THis is only for new accounts. Try WaMu.

screwedagain 04-25-2008 06:10 AM

but the simon gift account would still work? Sorry but i guess i have to look at the dates of the posts.

screwedagain 04-25-2008 06:13 AM

also, if i use WAMU, would i need to open 5 accounts for my 5 ebay/pp accounts? Or do does WAMU give you the option of having more than one account number linked to your local bank.

wow that didnt take long for the paypal monkeys to find out about ING and to limt people who use it.

ebayaintstupid 04-25-2008 01:49 PM

one has to wonder...

what web sites could they be reading?

doughboykilla 04-25-2008 02:12 PM

Hmmmmmm i wonder???????? Maybeeee this website

paypal and ebay has spys every where on the web thats why when we find out a backdoor to something and its posted here they fix it.

zymo 04-25-2008 02:20 PM

I used an existing PP account yesterday to deposit into ING without a problem. The funds showed up in my ING account today. The PP account was created and verified with ING before the PP crackdown. No restrictions were placed on the PP account because of the ING link..

imjustme 04-25-2008 02:51 PM

I doubt they would target ING accounts specifically.

doughboykilla 04-25-2008 05:09 PM

it only effects accounts made after paypal found out about ING its the same thing that happens to most debit cards the bastdrs finds out about

I thought it was PP doing this. PP blocked ING didn't they :confused:

ebayaintstupid 04-26-2008 01:54 PM

Yup, Paypal did.

And me thinks that much of what EBAY is doing of late has to do with the reading of this site.

So, no it isn't new to me. But it did come after ING was heavily recommended on this site.

Now that may have not been the cause. Possible. But ING was around and had taken out Netbank for a while before getting nailed while being recommended here.

It is a major drawback when you discuss your strategies in front of your enemy, but they will not reveal anything to you.

Grasshopper, Live your life according to the principles of Sun Tzu, the great author of The Art of War.:)
Read about his theories.;) Most applicable.

ebayaintstupid 04-27-2008 09:21 AM

More like...Grasshopper, spread your legs...

in front of the praying mantiss and know that even though hungry, he will not eat your....

whoops. Guess we were wrong about that one. Praying mantiss will eat anything.

Sorry Grasshopper.

GreenBean 04-27-2008 09:43 AM

Missed There

ebayainstupid, You know I do not like to call you stupid so I called you Grasshopper....:p
Sun Tzu was a general who had many great ideas of WARFARE. A thought of his was 'Keep your friends close but your enemies even closer'. Just to help the paranoia, ..stupid;)

ebayaintstupid 04-27-2008 10:41 AM

Believe me, other than taking last syllables...

you have no reason to call me stupid.

And there is a difference between keeping your enemies close and handing them your ammunition.

GreenBean 04-27-2008 05:53 PM

Excellent:). You understand the concept. Stupid? Quack!;)
