Its very hard to understand this website, but here is a visa that appears to be marketed for using to withdraw paypal funds to a credit card.

There are many interesting offers on this website, although I am trying to figure these things out.

paycard is a well-known scammer, look around other forums and google him.

I didn't see this one yet.but what i know is any site which is posted on TG forum would not work well with paypal.

the website is crap, looks like one of those rouge scam sites, most likely a Nigerian.

LoL that's probably true. I just found a distributer of virtual prepaid cards who also accepts Paypal as a form of payment: Virtual Credit Cards

i purchased from paycards in the past... it's bs... the first few cards worked, and all the others were worthless after that, and he wouldn't refund or answer emails.

The card I saw recently that is Reloadable/ Reusable- was marked netspend, but was actually an "ALL ACCESS" Visa--it was a Silver card--at WALMART...

Good point. I just bought two from him and the first one limited my new account and the second one never worked
