Use PP VCC to to load/reload Master Card

This is a prepaid re loadable Master Card .. You get a real debit card. It is meant for for parents to teach students about money but you can get it for yourself. Use your PP VCC to load and reload the card, its better than Simon because you get a permanent actual debit card that is re loadable. Reload fee from VCC is 2.50 per 100.00
