AVS explaination
 

Ok...so I apologize if this has already been covered on this forum, but I can't seem to find much. When reading on this forum and the stealth guide, it is clearly covered that a bank account, credit card, phone number, name, e-mail, and address among other things are needed to recieve account verification from Paypal. I was wondering how AVS fits into to all this? I just found out this is required? Could someone explain this? I know its used to verify your credit card address (or atleast the number address and zip). I didn't think after buying and setting up a bank acct, cc, phone, that I would need to buy anything else for verification. Thanks

AVS verifies the DIGITS in your address and your 5 digit ZIP code only. So, if your address is: 123 Main St Anytown USA 12345, then 123 Porter Ave Anytown USA 12345 would also verify.

I am aware that it only checks the numbers (checked wikipedia), but wondering why there is nothing on this forum about it (atleast I can't find it). It kinda caught me off guard when I learned this was required and cost a fair amount of money. If this is required, then why is there nothing in the stealth guide regarding this. If this is a sensitive thing (for whatever reason) just pm me. Thanks
