There is nothing that will work (prepaid-wise) in any big amounts. You think the government wants people withdrawing thousands of dollars onto something they can't necessarily reliably track?
Ballsack, many prepaid cards don't require verification of identity. Though I am pretty sure the greendot ones DO require an SSN (correct me if I am wrong, I've never used them). In the end, it's still something someone can just walk into a store and buy, and then set up online, without a human checking ID or anything like that.

that's correct but the main paine is that thay'er few in the market & all temporary card numbers going to expire soon with transfer limitations . not advised for long term and high limit useage.

I've never seen a prepaid VISA (similar to greendot) that has an acct# and routing# that doesn't require ID verification, most require an SSN.
