Go to americanexpress.com and enter coupon code STAR2008 to waive the $3.95 service fee per card. You still have to pay $5.95 for shipping, but if you order a bunch of them it'll come out cheaper than the simon cards.

can we use the amex cards to get back on ebay and paypal? Does AMEX.com send you a virtual card or a card in the mail?

amex works for ebay accounts but not paypal
