old paypal account -- needs ⊗⊗⊗⊗ credit card
 

ok here is my problem. i began using my friends old paypal account, and i got it limited because i sold something for too high a price, too soon..


they are asking me to verify the account with his credit card. the problem is that he doesnt live there anymore

should i use his old address and get a gift card? if so, how do i get those three security digits, dont i need to have the card in my hands???

and if paypal were to send the card , a code , would i be able to see the code online with the gift card account?? i read the 34 page manual and the forum but didnt see exact details about these gift cards and if they can help me with PAYPAL
