Help with Gift Cards & Paypal?

I'm planning on buying myself a gift2go card at my local Walgreens. However, I don't want to proceed with that purchase if I won't be able to use the gift card to purchase eBay items.

What I want to know is, as of now, do gift2go cards work to VERIFY Paypal?
If not, do they work when adding a new credit card to Paypal? (after registering the gift card of course.)

And if they do work for either, will I be able to use this card on my Paypal account to Purchase items on eBay?

Hopefully you guys can help me out as I am a total noob at this and have been trying to figure out the right gift card to buy in order to attach to paypal and buy eBay items.

Welcome to the forums.

First of all, the credit card element CONFIRMS the pp - bank VERIFIES the account.

Last I checked (on other threads), the gift2go still works at confirming the account. You can use the card to purchase and use it as a new credit card.

Other gift cards that still work include Vanilla Visa.
