are there gift cards available to buy with a purchase limit over $500?

i see most gift cards have $500 limits. is there any place i can buy one that has, say, a $3000 limit?

In Australia i use the westpac mastercard giftcard, the limit is $800.
i dont know of any here that let you put over 1K on.

I am going to buy one gift account at simmon.com. Do I need to put a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and address for the recipient which is the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ones that I registered with Ebay? If yes, how can I use this gift account in case I want to use it for buying at other websites because billing address (⊗⊗⊗⊗) and shipping address (my real address) will be different then.
