once you order it, youll get an email INSTANTLY giving you a number like this

green is the credit card type, in this case VISA
blue is the verification # found on the back of a cc
and the yellow is the expiration date 08/08

Yes, it works for ebay. i just ordered one and setup a seller's account on ebay, and verified it on paypal.

just get the paypal one, and use the CC# they give you for your new ebay account... when you enroll your CC through paypal and they say they charged the 1.95$ just email them admin.vccguide@googlemail.com with your VCC # and they will tell you the 4 digit code within 24 hours..
so far ive done 3 account in past 3 weeks with it. its GREAT

Can you verify addreses on PP with the VCC ...

i used to buy them from a forum but the bine code is from different country.
you may be suspended if you have a new acct from US.they work with any AVS system
bine code is : first 6 digits number of the cc's . with it you can tell wich counrty and bank issued.

well the link goes to a different page and i emailed the admin and he's acting kinda shady.

this is ridiculous there's no paypal links to actually buy anything on that site, and its actually 2 sites it makes no sence, someone delete this
