I'm planning to open an account with pay onner are they easy to work with?

you need to give them your id, and you need to explain your business for the vba. I told them I sell on fiverr

for the account number I was honest with them and told them I need a new number because my PayPal was limited and need to make a new PayPal. It took about a week for them to issue a new number.

Always used same name to withdraw so I am not sure about your second question.

I was going to ask if you had problems using the same name on several paypal accounts, but according to your previous posts your accounts were linked by website/Ip.

May I ask why?
