VCC that withdraw to plastic card

Hi. Someone can let me know how I can get VCC(or VBA that can be added to my paypal account) that withdrawa direct on my plastic card.

There are many services who provide that, im using VCCs that i get from some guy for past few months, then I withdraw to his account and he sends me the money by Western Union or Liberty Reserve....

BUt perhaps i understood you wrong, you want vcc to withdraw money to your creditcard?

Entropay is dead i think, havent used it in year or so.

I have tried payoneer.com, it works like a charm, it does exactly what you said. Ive opened a payoneer account, then loaded $20 from a VCC and registered a paypal using it.

payoneer are good if we are talking about $20 up to $40, after that long endless hassle, I am talking about my experience I do not know about others
