Just a warning about Suma Prepaid visa card
 

They MIGHT NOT work with mismatch names.

Used them for about a month.
Got in paypal transfers just fine.
Monday, waiting on deposits and happen to see that my account was on 'hold'
Contacted Suma about the issue.
They transferred me to the bank.
Bank wanted to know why I was getting deposits from paypal.
(NOTE: THE NAME ON MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT WAS A VARIATION FROM MY REAL NAME AND OFF BY ONE LETTER)
Asked me to fax in my ID and a Bill, I complied.
Account was taken off hold.
The deposits I had were sent back to my paypal account.

The employees apparently do not know what they are talking about either.
I was told (actually given a SPEECH) about how it was impossible for the money to be returned and that it would still hit the account and yadda yadda yadda. The money came back to my paypal account today and paypal disabled the bank account (though I am not limited *knock on wood*)

There is a way to get around the banks bitching about mismatch names.

You should tell the bank that the person's name on the paypal deposits is a "Boss", "Friend" who deposits straight to your account because it's faster to get paid this way.

Although in your case the name was 99% the same it would not work but it does work if the names are totally different.

This is my method and I can only say it has worked for me so far but it's worth a shot.

I just open a DBA using Stealth name ex. John Doe Sales. Open business account with any bank..... Stealth PP sends deposits to bank with no worrying about mismatch names.
