What's the best Prepaid Card to verify Paypal and Ebay
 

I can't seem to find a recent thread and since things do change alot, does anyone know a GOOD prepaid card that I can register my stealth name and address on to verify paypal and also open a seller's account? I looked around Walmart but the cards they sell want SSN or identity.

For credit card? Why not just use Vanilla or one of the issued prepaid cards...unless you mean a withdrawal-type bank card....yes those are always SSN backed

I seen a vanilla card at Walgreens, but on the back, it didn't say anything about a website to go on to register it, was I looking at the right card? It was a $25 card, and it only said "Vanilla" on it.

I am not sure but does American Express prepaid still work.

I have recently created some stealth accounts. For my own testing purposes, I used different cards from different sources.
On some I used a Vanilla Visa prepaid card, and on others I used a Simon Visa card. Both of these cards allow you to register via their respective websites. I had no issues verifying the accounts.
I believe I read on here something about a yellow Vanilla card that you may want to avoid. Also look for a 2019 or later expiration.
As far as I can tell, American Express do not work. All this info I found here using the search function and reading until my head was mush.

hi, just made 2 new accounts tonight, both of these cards worked from walmart,

25 dollar vanilla mastercard ---of course ---also easiest to register

25 dollar walmart visa --- first time tried and worked ---more info required

everytown has a walmart so you shouldn't ever have a problem getting yourself verified.

Hi, I find all of this both interesting and frustrating. I have spent some time reading around the forum and took a shot at trying to register a card today. I purchased a Vanilla Mastercard GiftCard from Walmart for $25 plus $4 and change. I get home and try to start to set this up, the only website it refers to is getmybalance.com To the best of my searching you cannot enter in name and address--or otherwise register it. Is my mistake having a mastercard and NOT Visa? Did I miss something else?

rightwing---you should not need address and such for vanilla, just put the zipcode that you are trying to use and it should work just fine.

Just did this the other day as well, only put in zip code and the account is verified. Now I'm just waiting to confirm bank account the slow way before I'll start selling.

Try anything with the achieve card on it. They are very good with mismatching names and deposits via paypal

I know Wal-Mart Visa money card will verify paypal because I've done it using my real info. Now I want to create a new paypal so I purchased another Wal-mart Visa money card, Should put in my real info again on the card and use different info for paypal or should i use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info for the card and use that same info when creating paypal? But the card wants SSN so how will i get around that using ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info?

It has comes with Routing Number and Account number (to load money in or to load funds from PayPal into this visa pre-paid account) so you can put stealth information linked to card and withdraw money from PayPal onto card then withdraw money via ATM directly (or just spend it!).

You can purchase online but unfortunately they will not post to NON-Australian addresses.
