Yes,the prepaid card is Issued by MetaBank.
There is a checking account with the card .{the bank account number's first four digits are 0651}

Mastercard CANNOT begin with ANYTHING BUT a numeral "5"
Visa a "4"
Amex a "3"
Discovercard a "6"

So-maybe we are misunderstanding your question??

i am not sure if it is a MasterCard or Visa card.

0651 is the first 4 digit of the bank accout number,not the card number.:)

Is this a reloadable card? If so, it is a mastercard.
The routing number is for Metabank, Sioux Falls,Sth.Dakota and the account number is for
the card.
