Hi, my name is victor, and i am from Eurupe. I tried to apply for the Simon Gift account so i can verify my Ebay + Paypal account. But because i did it from Europe (Ip, address), they did not give me a Gift account. So i am looking for someone from USA who can make a gift Account to me.
