Depositing money into Entropay...
 

Hiya, still new to all of this.

When verrifying your paypal with a prepaid card like Entropay is there a minimum amount you need to transfer onto the entropay in order to use it on paypal?

Its 20pounds to setup the account, then you can create around 20 VCCs from the account, Hopefully Elijah sees this, he can back it up. Good luck pal.

You can create 18 accounts from that £20 (plus 4.95% charge... so £20.99 in reality) intial load, since each card requires a minimum balance of £1 and it's £0.10 to transfer money to a card... so you will have £0.20 left over. For any future loads the minimum is £10 only, plus the 4.95% charge

That £1 minimum balance is just enough to cover the £1 charge that PayPal do to verify that the card exists... but if you want to confirm the card on your account, have at least another pound to cover their £1 confirmation charge (which is refunded into your PayPal account after you confirm the code sent).

If you want to get anywhere near £20 you will almost certainly need to send them some ID though... you will likely become restricted before you reach that point.

Edit: You can't verify a UK account with a card only. You need a bank.

Yup made a few new banks today.

Looking at Entropay Im currently on a starter account, if I transfer 20 pound from my bank into can I make 18 VCC's straight away or do I have to upgrade to Basic and put my address etc in it?

Instantly make the VCCs, that is whats good.

Im using it now, ive made a VCC on it but the minimum amount I can put on the card is 10 pound, and thats just on one card...

Oh did you fix it to make it only 1 pound?

yea I had to upgrade my account to basic, and then deposited 10 onto my first card then made seperate cards and spread 2 each on them.
