how to withdraw money from Paypal?

It's fine to verify paypal account using prepaid visa card in new name and address. But if I want to withdraw money from paypal, I still need to give paypal my bank account. If the name and address in Paypal is different with those in bank account, the money will be rejected by bank. Is it correct?
If I use my bank debt card for paypal verification, but using a litter name variation, is it possible to pass the verification?

Is there any way to send money to another paypal. I have a paypal with VCC/VBA but unable to withdraw funds or transfer to other paypal. Any idea on this. Please advise.

With a pp.com account, you can only withdraw to bank account. Get a US bank account or someone to help...
