In order to lift the limit of fund transfer from paypal to bank account, Paypal ask to confirm the credit card, I wonder it is OK that the paypal account's name is different with card's name

Yes - as written in the guide names dont have to match

Names don't have to match with Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Just today I ordered a pizza online and for name on the credit card, I put Tony Montana. It went through and just in case you don't know, I'm not Tony Montana.
