QUICK question about Western Union?

I'm really eager to buy some equipment that looks perfect from this supplier and I'll be using Western Union for the first time.

How come there's no place to enter their city, zip code or phone #?

It's ONLY giving me an option to enter their first & last name? Is that all I need to enter? :S

I would do it in person, sometimes online transfers don't go through.

MM78 is right - some amounts dont go through and some country recipients wont allow online.

Just tried and I got an error despite doing nothing wrong. "U8201 Error - We cannot process this transaction online" Wow. Guess I'll have to go do it in person. So inconvenient considering the nearest place is 30 mins away.
