Entropay update dec 2012

Hello,

Just to gather some feedback from some users. This question is directed to all entropay users that use their cards on paypal.

Has anyone had any luck using an "entropaycard" attached to paypal to make a withdrawal.

I have had no such luck for over 1 and half years.

I hope to get some concrete answers.

Thank you and hope everyone has a nice day!

PayPal blocked Entropay withdrawals sometime in 2010 IIRC, in the countries that allowed card withdrawals. If you attempt it today you'll just get a nice, big red limitation.

And by the way tsmt, in case you were wondering, Entropay works perfectly fine on US Paypal... the only issue is that Entropay will block you if you log in from a US IP. So those in the US would be advised to use a VPN/VPS.

OP, you are going to need a real card issued in your country.

Double check this block happens for all US accounts.
As a result of the below thread I am running an experiment. I am not using VPS/VPN. Early days yet but has potential .

Also doing some experimentation here - US IP via dial-up...been working for few accounts for past few weeks. Have not tried Canada IP but looking to see...

On an account made in the UK, I accidentally logged into it from Strongvpn while connected to a US server. Instant block. And they explicitly said that it was because I logged in from a US IP.

Canada never had any restrictions on Entropay did it? So it would not be blocked for the same reason.
