So the name on the checking account really doesn't matter?

I've read and purchased Aspkin's book, and there's one little detail I just want to confirm: is it still true that the name on the checking account doesn't matter for eBay/PayPal's purposes? So if I have someone else who is willing to let me use their account for verification, that will do the trick? Basically then, any active combination of an account and routing number will work for eBay/Paypal -- is that right?

Yes ebay and paypal can not verify the name on the bank account.
