Can I use a mcc that is linked to the same address

I have just been suspended from eBay, I'm going to set up a new account with different IP address, new emil etc, but if I use a MasterCard credit card as my PayPal, will it be linked as having the same address as my Visa card, I have never used this mcc on eBay before?

This is quite a basic question but hint: you register your card to a new address that you will use to register with PP.

Unfortunately not that easy to do here in the UK with a real MC credit card but there are workarounds with some prepaid cards
