same my problems. yesterday, I can't login to my bank account (freedom bank)
This is link : https://www.consumercardaccess.com/m...mvisa/CardInfo
And this is message when i contact to freedom bank :
"Dear Bank Freedom Card Holder your Bancorp issued Bank Freedom card is no longer active. Bancorp sent out a letter on April 1st to your last updated address notifying you of this closure. Bancorp turned the cards off last night and closed the program. Please call the following number and when you get a live person insist they let you talk to a supervisor and refuse to let them give you another number to call. Please dial 1 800 545 0289 and do the following press 2 for card services and 0 for the Operator. Calling us back will do nothing because Bancorp issued you your card and now has complete control over it. "

Aww that sucks.
I did get the letter at the end of March but guessed that they just closed my account down personally for inactivity. (The letter was very vague)

Great card...

Association with Bancorp is a worry.

I dont think so. I used tons of moneypaks to load on this card over a year and never had issues. Unlike greendot which closed me days letter for loading with tons of moneypaks. Yeah yeah each bank has their own rules, but this bank was better. Im starting to think prepaid cards are only for small purchases and is more like paypal where you have to gradually go slow by slow and increase activity.

By the way I had an old address on this bank and they are mailing checks to everybody at the end of may of this year and I wasent able to update my current address. No I dont have access to my old address. So I called bancorp prepaid solutions and they tookk down my info and sent a referral for an address change. Thank god I had more then 3k in there. Always keep addresses up to date guys.

I happen to dislike Bancorp.

To each their own.
