AVS VCC(a few questions)

I have made a new Romanian paypal account

So a few questions
1. When I should use an AVS vcc
2. I should use an AVS vcc to verify my PayPal rather than a simple vcc?
3. What exactly is an AVS vcc exactly and what them are containing?

AVS VCC is good to use because it matches the card to the address of your PP.

AVS cards are ok if you are not concerned with a lower level of stealthiness(new word).

Ideally you would like a non-AVS card that you can use with any address you feel. Entropy I believe used to satisfy those needs. Maybe there are other options out there

You mean that I will have a more genuine and stable account than a stealth one, meaning that will be more safe?

More stable with the AVS VCC - yes but a lot depends on what you do with it.

More genuine? That is to be seen

Rule of thumb: always go with the AVS VCC for pp.

Nothing is more safe if the other party is paypal.

Aim is to make an account and operate under paypal flags.

Learn as much as possible from the forum for your future stealth life.

I can confirm that Vanilla Visa Prepaid works for AVS

Hi all, i have a question about avs vcc, today i added a avs vcc and it successfully added the card but i see a option to link and confirm the card which i added, i am new to avs vcc, so should i link and confirm the card? thank.

I believe that's the whole point of adding an AVS VCC!

Link and confirming the card will charge 1.95 to the card and have it nicely placed into PP for security - it will help deal with limits on the account
