looking for a good prepaid card
 

I need a good prepaid card that does cardholder to cardholder transfers and you can load with wu or moneygram. Thanks in advance for help it is not to verify paypal or eb

What about considering the western union or moneygram prepaid cards then? I think western union has its own mastercard or visa

Those are metabank cards too and do you know if they allow cardholder to cardholder transfers

True forgot about metabank - but 100% do NOT use the metabank materials for pp...fast limitation.

If the OP is not going near paypal, metabank may be OK....

Would need to determine transfer/name issues of course.

The problem is the max transfers per month does not matter where you get the card or what name is on it.

If it is a metabank card they are all linked to the social and the limit for transfers goes across all cards that is why i dont want metabank.

Metabank does not like Mismatch name deposits.

Simply put, PP has had a lot of problems with Metabank and lot of potential fraudsters use that bank for easy account creation. Many google posts about this

Here is what I am looking for

1. Cannot be connected to metabank
2. Pp ebay amazon has zero to do with it
3. Need to be able to do cardholder to cardholder transfers
4. Does not matter about anonymous, I can use my social security

Those are metabank companies that issue their cards

Try a Mango prepaid this is a great card with mobile banking , transfers it also has a high yield savings account where u can transfer funds from your card into the savings and vice versa.

There should be a cardholder agreement on the website, I never used it for transferring but I like this card for ebay, has a nice mobile app too
