No prepaid credit cards in my country, what to do?
 
I cannot find prepaid cards here, what are my alternatives? Can I buy a card from another country or use some type of prepaid international credit card in ebay/paypal?

What about debit cards from banks? Can I use them and still be stealth?

I want to create several stealth accounts but came across some problems.

Avoid using bank issued cards.

From the .com, is it safer to operate from the .jp or it doesn't matter?

Not really a "safety" issue - it's more dependent on your IP. If you operating on .com and have appropriate IP...then you would need access to US-backed stuff - international prepaid cards in general would be problematic - you could look into Entropay for a credit card source.

Your bank source could be problematic...maybe look into Payoneer for example.

No country is safer.

You have to make an account to operate correctly on whatever country you use.
