NEED HELP! Lifting Limit on PAYPAL

Can I use a Vanilla Visa to lift the limit on paypal? Or is there an alternative to lifting the limit? Can I use a card from CVS or Walmart or something? Please help.

Well-we use either: Our OWN bank/debit cards, OR;
a VCC--i.e. SIMON malls
OR:
Theres several threads about Debit/prepaid cards that work--i.e. from a local 7-11 Gas stn,. or a Grocery Store--All Access/ Wamu/Gift2go.net from Walgreens..etc.
