I got this today after reloading multiple times with moneypak to 1 card over the past 3 months.


Green Dot reserves the right to deny the reloading of any card where Green Dot believes that excessive or unusual use of the MoneyPak is involved. This card can no longer be funded using the Green Dot MoneyPak. Funds loaded prior to this notification are available to you, but no additional funds may be loaded. We can process a refund for this MoneyPak.


I guess if you reload too much then you look weird to them. I would sell and cash out this way. Guess your not safe anyway.

Just like anything, if you abuse it, you lose it.

Because their target customer is not someone trying to move thousands of dollars. People really need to pay attention. Read their TOS and the dozens of posts on this forum.

I didnt abuse it in anyway that was bad. Got them with receipt and all. Like the other guy said there target is people probably spending less then 10 moneypaks per year not over 100 per year. Sucks because it was a good way to cash out, but since the banksters rule the cash flow and donkey people working at the fraud detection centers which should be replaced.

Well, what I mean is, you have to stay under the radar

Same issue here. Not a huge issue as I have about a dozen prepaid cards to spread my loads around...... but my question is: are there any prepaid cards that work with Moneypak that allows the creation of reloadable virtual card numbers (to cirvumvent the load limit flags set by Vanilla Reload and Moneypak) ?

I just got this problem too, buying moneypaks no good because if for example moneypak is bought 100 miles away and you live 120 miles away then the moneypak internal security system flags you and they block the loading moneypak feature for your card, but your got does not get blocked, only moneypak blocks it on there system. This is stupid because people are getting blocked left and right for pathetic moneypak internal reasons. You can buy all the moneypaks you want, but using them careful. Alot of people complaining about this on review websites and for stupid reasons. Can you imagine grandma needs 100 bucks and only way is moneypak at midnight and she gets blocked because her grandson bought it from her in another place. Just another reason I hope they learn a big lesson in playing with investors money of there board of directors.
