what needs to be verified on paypal?
wats the difference of using a bank account and a vcc?

For the UK pp - you need a bank to VERIFY the pp and a VCC (or gift credit card) to CONFIRM the pp. These all help to increase the security on your account. Also does help a bit with sending limits.

Those are fundamental questions to working with PP. Have you sold on eB/pp before?

Bank account verifies, VCC confirms

Needs to be a VCC so that it passes the check, a real life plastic card would not (fails the address check if using a stealth address)

Both needed ideally to keep PP happy.

Difference is the role of bank account and vcc

Bank account verifies PayPal and allows you to get your funds

VCC confirms address which helps make PayPal appear safer

VCC definitely make you look more stable with Paypal and raise your monthly withdrawal limit from $500- unlimited , at least for US accounts.

Although lately I made a few accounts with just a bank and no CC and received raises quickly . I feel the proper bank account can really make the difference in the overall credibility if your Paypal / ebay account.

After I did add a VCC, and always recommend both VCC and bank , was just doing some experimenting
