So when you add these cards to PP account, how does the money get to you card from paypal? I thought you could only transfer money into a bank account.

In the US I know you can use paypal to purchase Vanilla Visa cards from Walmart.com. A good way to utilize your paypal funds to get another account started...or buy stuff/pay bills with out withdrawing to a bank account.
