OneVanilla cannot be registered on their website?
 

I just opened a OneVanilla card from the package and went to register the zip on the OneVanilla site. It said the card number is not valid. What the heck?

Has this ever happened to anyone? I bought the card a couple weeks ago and have had it in the package untouched since then. I just used another card I bought at the same place and same time and it worked fine. Why wouldn't this card register?

It happened to me 2 times, I went back to the store i got it WITH the receipt and they gave me a new one.

Ugh i def dont have the receipt. Damn i'd hate to throw away money because the card doesnt work!

Try going back anyways, maybe the same clerk will be there and might be able to help. It seems like the card wasn't activated or when they swiped the card it didn't activate.

I tried calling OneVanilla, they told me if I don't have a receipt I need to go where I purchased the card from and get an "electronic journal" (receipt, I think...?).

Went to the convenience store I bought the card at, but the guy didn't know what the hell I was talking about. It was the guy working the night shift, so I'm gonna see if the day guy can help me.

Yea never happened to me but ever since I had to show the employee how to use the machine to add funds to the card I always keep the receipt and check when I get home

Oh I love that cashier....they have that look on their faces = :help:. I had a cashier ask me why I was buying those so much.....gave em some Bullsh*t answer and started to change up stores!

That's always crazy when they ask questions...many of them don't know what the card even means but they ask out of sheer boredom/noseyness - same thing with postal workers but with them, I am more tolerant as long as they do good work

I registered another couple gourmets ago all is good.

I had a postal worker ask me the other day , but it was more out of let me find out what he has been selling so much of so I can quit this crappy job type thing rather than security, because she sees me bring in sometimes 6 Big black trash bags of packages in a day

I just said iis a secret. And that was that , if she would look at the package I have the name of the item really small on the postage instead of item number I use name, but with abbreviations but if u looked at them u could figure them out maybe she needs 6 More Months

how can i register postcode on vanilla gift card? is it as same as info from stealth paypal account? please help. thx

Go to register Card
Enter the zipcode
