Need Credit Card for eBay but can't find one?

Need to open an eBay account, but cannot, for the life of me, find a credit card that works. I got a few from a site, but they turned out to be AMEX and those don't work for some reason. I tried simon but they keep saying I can't sign up because there are irregularities with my information? People say try the vanilla gift cards, but I don't see how those would have an address matched to it. Does anyone have a prepaid gift card that you would advise to use? This is only for starting up an eBay account, thanks!

Try to find some gift cards with the bank that you use. Some banks can issue gift cards that work great, and some of them dont have any loading fees or buying fees.
