So today I went online to pay my ebay fees, I selected the one time payment option and picked the simon giftaccount that I used to confirm ebay and paypal with, then all of a sudden it says your card has been Declined. So I checked my balance on simon.com, and it says that I have $18.00 on it. What the heck, does ebay not take simon giftaccount anymore? If so can someone please let me know.

If we can't use Simon Gift accounts any more that's a major thing. Ebay spys are reading here and whatever we come up with it is bound to be banned sooner or later by Ebay or PayPal.

So--maybe its $18.99, but really only $12.99 or something??

Even if eBay didn't accept Simon anymore which is highly unlikely there are literally hundreds of other cards that work JUST FINE. ALL Access for one.

I wonder if Simon gets most of its business from its website that are legitimate and not people trying to scam it..... from eBay sellers, you think?

All-access asks for SS#
 

I just tried to apply for an All-access card and was surprised that #1 they identified my mailing address as a P.O.Box even though this UPS store says that all they need is the street address and #2 - they asked for a SS#. What good is a card with my personal mailing address and ss#? Is All-Access a credit card? Is it hard to get approved? How do you get this done with a name not your own?
