Need Help With Credit Card?

I need a credit card so i can get the $500 monthly limit removed on PayPal. Will one of the Visa gift cards from Walgreens work?

The only problem i see is that obviously my name isn't on there, but it has a real number. Do I just put the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name as the name on the card during verification or do i need to order a card that will put my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name on the card?
