Paying a Paypal balance
 
I have an old paypal that belongs to my wife that I will be reusing soon...the problem is we owe money on it as it went negative...I didnt know that happened until I tried to log back onto it recently. We tried using a bank account to pay the outstanding balance but the person on the phone said a CC is needed.

Now, I know the visa gift cards work for verification, but would it work to pay off a balance?
