Chase no longer offers gift cards

I just found out that Chase no longer offers gift cards. MAJOR BUMMER! They were AWESOME! You could register them online to any name and address you liked and it would pass AVS verification.

Any other cards like this one?

All banks except 2 or 3 here in USA offer unlimited vcc creation from your own account free that verify anything. Hell I know of 2 apps on google play and itunes that give you unlimited card creations

Yeah, I mean, a lot of banks offer credit cards or the ability to create VCC's, but gift cards that can be registered with a name and an address online that will 100% pass AVS verification are more rare and highly prized!
