***Update*** Vanilla Visas Gift cards do work. for VCC.
Make sure to register the zip code to the stealth zip your using on your ebay and paypal accounts. I didn't do this LOL "But figured out quick i needed to register it DUH lol!" Any who. I created an Accountnow to use as a VBA. Got the routing and account numbers and did that step. I did the small single paypal deposits. This way it's more stealthier =] So far both my ebay and my paypal are in perfect stealth working order. And now time to age them =] wish me luck

Hey just curious did you use ur real info to register for account now and vanilla visa? the reason i want to know is my real info was on paypal acc which is now limited and im looking for ways to open a new stealth paypal. Since you have gone thru it hope you can share some details. thanks.

As far as AccountNow, you must use your real information...you can't phake that info.

How do you verify PP with CC? The question might be primary, but I really don't know how to do it. I see either verity by adding a bank account or applying PP MasterCard.
