What can I do if I didn't receive simon gift account after 5 days
 

I always buy simon gift account online. They usually send me a email the next business day. But I ordered on 8/29. Today I didn't receive it. My CC has been charged. I call CS. They ask me to call technical support #. It's answer machine and i left my name and #. No one return the call.

What can I do now? My ebay fee is due now. I'm afraid if I buy another gift account, they still charge me but not sending me the gift account.

Go to a store and get a card. Im very impatient when I do this. They are like this sometimes.
