I have a credit card which i am using on paypal but my account is now suspended. So i have order to the new credit card from bank. But i want to know the name of the card holder is same from the previous card.

Account Holder - Robert Thomas (Old CC) and my new Card account holder also a same name Robert Thomas but the 16 digit number was different. Can this will be ok and ebay and paypal will not suspend me again.

Yes that's fine, but use something like Bobby Thomas or Bob, etc.

It is required to provide a real address on paypal and ebay. Well i don't want to buy anything from ebay i only want to become a seller.

one more question. I see on your book that we need a new bank account. If i create a Bank account with the same name that i have enter my previous suspended account but different account number from different name. Can this be OK ?

As stated in the book, Paypal does not verify the name of 'most' bank accounts you add. Some accounts like ING, won't work if the name is different, but most others will. So just add the new bank account to your Paypal account, and stick with whatever name you used for Paypal, it doesn't have to match the bank account.
