a bit confused
 

I have read the stealth book several times, and been reading the forums I have figured out how to change my IP and have done the necessary steps to do so successfully onto the credit card and banking info, I want to purchase on site and from what I have read I only need a VBA for paypal and VCC for paypal and Ebay ... The same VCC can be used to varify ebay and paypal correct? Thank you in advance for clarifying this for me

VBA = Verify Paypal
VCC = Register Paypal

Ebay does not require any VCC, CC, or Gift Card.

If you plan to buy I would recommend making a buying account.

mm78 what do you mean if I plan to buy make a buying account? do you mean a paypal buying account..

If you want to buy stuff on eBay for yourself it's best to make an EBay/Paypal with an address that you have access too.

@grace, are you planning to use your PP account to buy, sell, or both?

both. I think it is just a vcc and vba for paypal is al i need right?
