ioffer verification and stealth paypal
 

Guys:

I had an ioffer account linked with my original paypal. Now my paypal has been limited. I am planning to open a paypal using stealth info and use a prepaid vanilla visa to verify my paypal.

Since my ioffer was previously linked with the original paypal i had, i believe linking new stealth paypal with the old ioffer acc will eventually get the stealth paypal banned.

So i am planning to open a new ioffer acc. I need your wisdom on the following:
1. Can i use vanilla visa or any other prepaid visa to verify ioffer? coz i need to get a seller account on ioffer.
2. If i manage to get the stealth paypal verified and money comes in to it from the new ioffer acc, for with drawal purposes can i use my friends paypal to withdraw the money? (just by making paypal transfers)?
3. For prepaid vanilla visa verification do they ask for ssn?

4. I am using vpn, new computer, mac spoof new name and address. Now when on my browser (chrome) i came accross this wonderful extension called zenmate (which is kind of a vpn/ip changer), if i run vpn and zenmate will it be a problem???

No. Use a bank account

VPN should be avoided. Lots of alternatives for domestic IP address.

could you tell me why? stealth suggests using vpn under
Other Internet Providers: Dialup/VPN/Tethering on pg 9.

The risk of using VPN is that 1) it might be overused/blacklisted already 2) it may drop and 3) since you are in USA, there are soooooooo many other viable options.
