Did I get the wrong one?
 

I went down to Ace Cash Express and purchased a Net Spend Card. The fee was $3.95 and no min balance required. I put $1 on. On the card it says debit. I tried entering it into a website and it does not allow me to put a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address "I did this prior to ebay for the test" Well the name on the card says All Access Customer. Did I get the wrong card? If not how can I change the address? When I purchased it they put my home address on it. Im just confused about the whole Net Spend card.

Just went to the All Access website and I got the card shown on the site.

I just simply want to verify my account on ebay, please anyone help?

I believe that the amount that is withdrawn from the card is more than $1. You might want to make sure that you have a minimum balance of about $5 on the card. According to the All-Access website, their card is not re-loadable.

ebayhatelove had some good recommendations, but I can't seem to find the post. It was one where ebayhatelove described how they went about paying their eBay fees.

i have searched the forums but how can you when you dont even know what product you got. my cardcan be used for 60 days and can be reloaded durring that time.

You need to add more funds to the card.

I use 3 different card styles:
1 - DeluxeCard
.......I use this one to set up new accounts.
2 - The gold/silver ones from my Local Wal-Mart.
.......I use these to pay my eBay fees.
.......I use a new card for each account AFTER I load the correct user information on the card online. These are NOT GreenDot cards.
.......I do NOT use GreenDot cards
3 - Gift2Go - Visa Gift Cards
.......I use these to pay my eBay fees.
.......These are the yellow ones from my local Walgreens.
.......For some weird reason I can buy these at my local store with a credit card where I have to use cash at Wal-Mart.
.......I use these to pay my eBay fees.
.......I use a new card for each account AFTER I load the correct user information on the card online.

I have chosen to not use the Simon Cards.
Why you ask?..... Because if a account goes down I can just take the left over plastic card to the store and burn the amount on stuff I need at home.

For each card I use I load the eBay/Paypal account holders information onto that card.
I use a Sharpie and write the eBay ID on the card.
I ONLY use card "A" for eBay/Paypal account "A".
I ONLY use card "B" for eBay/Paypal account "B".
I ONLY use card "C" for eBay/Paypal account "C".
And on and on and on......

No wonder I couldn't find the post I was looking for!

Did the card come with any instructions?

Well, the person at Ace Cash Express set it up. Entered my address and so on. Im wondering if you can actually use a different address than what is on your card since my card has an address on it? I do not want to add more funds unless I know I got the right one.

How much more $ to put on? Currently at $1
How can you change your address to a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address?
How to pass card verification with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address?

im not sure what keywords i should use to find the answer i need, so i apoligize if this is a repeat question.
i need to "lift limits", ive linked the checking account, and now i am trying to add a card. so i use simon simon card, but paypal has a pop up that says, "we can not send the 4 digit code to this card". so what do i do from here?
i get 2 choices of 3.
1 social security, of course this wont work for my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ account
2. link bank account (ive done that successfully)
3. link a debit or credit card (ive used simon card before and ti worked, now its not??) any suggestions?

follow up with my simon card problem:

so when i tried to verify/link the credit card (simon card) paypal said "we can not send the 4 digit code to this card"

i tried entering the card # again thinking maybe i missed a # or something, then it said "this card is already on file with paypal" so i go to my profile settings, and sure enough, they've added the card to the account, charged me $1.00 on the card, the tansaction says "paypal-then 10 digits?? paypal does not let me click "verify code" like before. so why charge my account the $1.00? this is so weird.. ive done this before a few months back on 2 other accounts and it went smoothly..

any suggestions? please help me.

Instead of using the Simon card number to verify the account with the add credit card option, use Simon to activate the PP plugin. Make sure the PP and Simon address match. This will both confirm the card for address verification without having to enter the expuse number and will activate the PP plugin. It will charge 1.00 to the simon card which will be refunded.

I did it on a new account just 30 minutes ago, still works like a champ.

MOBSTER, Have you tried to contact PayPal for support?

dalex08, you cannot use a card that has your real contact information to verify an eBay/PP account that has false information. It will not work.

the "gift card sellers list" you give above was posted a year ago.. alot of these dont work anymore.

I myself am reading as you reccomend, however alot of stuff is outdated..

whatever card you use, must be registered with whatever name and address you have with paypal/ebay. and sometimes they charge the card twice for some reason, so you'll want atleast $6.00 to be safe. back in may i used simon cards and they worked w/ no problems with 3 accounts.. but now i find out today they dont work, so im back to the drawing board trying to find out which one's will work to lift withdrawl limits. I really dont want to use one that requires my Social.. so if anyone has recently lifted withdrawl limits successfully, what did they use.

MOBSTER, you don't list where you live, but I would say go with what Here We Go Again recommends in Post # 4, above.
Simon cards still seems to be working for some people.

The gold/silver walmart cards do not require any type of SSN that I know of and I have been using them for over a year.

I personally have NO idea about that one.
I do know the GreenDot cards are re-loadable but I do not use them and I can't remember what I read on them for me not to use them but I did look into them and decided NOT to use them.

Im assuming once I register it, i can see the transactions made to get the 4 digit code to lift limits?? i went on their site to read before asking, but its vague.. just says i can see balance left on card.

You go to Wal-Mart and grab a card $30/$50/$100 off the rack (usually in the checkout line).
Bring it home.
Log onto the site: Wal-Mart Gift Card
Look on the bottom left side "Register Your Card"
Enter the account information that corresponds to what ever name/address you are using for your eBay/PP account.
Now your card is Registered with the correct information (Name/Address)
After you use it you can go BACK to the same web site and pull your balance from the area where you have to enter the card number and 3 digit code.
Then you can see the transactions that have been made on that card.
It will show you the 4 digit PP code that you will need.
Sometimes it can take up to 12 hours for it to show up... sometime it takes 5 minutes.
