Verify PP with Credit Card
 

Two methods to verify PP: bank account and PayPal Extras MasterCard®. Where is the credit card option? How can I verify the PP with a credit card? thanks

Use a Vanilla Visa Gift Card, I would also recommend you purchase the ebay stealth ebook if you haven't already.

You verify an account with bank account - you CONFIRM with credit card.

I registered PP with stealth info., bought vanilla MasterCard from Walmart.
Logged on PP to verify my account. Then I saw no place to verify with credit card, only with bank account or PP Mastercard(As attached)
Just wondering how can I verify PP with the Vanilla Card

You cannot.

You use VCC to pay fees, buy items and confirm address.

They cannot be used to verify US PP accounts.

You have 3 options...

1. Add a CC (In our case we use a Visa/Mastercard Gift Card or VCC)

2. Add your Social Security

3. Add a Bank Account OR VBA
VBA - (can be purchased on the board)

Now....think very hard and pick out the 2 that works best for stealth.....

Thank you for your reply. I added a CC, but still couldn't verify it， because I only see 2 options, see my attachment. Could you let me know how to verify with a CC?

Paypal lies!
Credit card only confirms your address is yours.
The ONLY way to verify your account is by adding a BANK ACCOUNT or a VBA

An address is confirmed with VCC.

A Paypal account is verified with a bank account (in most but not all countries).

Whilst you know what you mean, your statement is both vague and misleading.

Virtual Bank Account.

Much more common in the USA

yep soz, I was looking at current account with no credit checks, oh well

if vbas are available in the usa can uk residents get them ?? or I presume they need to be verified with usa details ?

You are probably looking as basic bank accounts, not current accounts.

I was under the impression that you had no issue opening 5 bank accounts a day. What use would a VBA be to you? Seems to solve an problem you do not have.

You can use them on US Paypal as they are US bank accounts.

Seriously, do you do this on purpose or is there something wrong with you?

Just concentrate on your current accounts for now.

Stop trying to find ways to save a few £ here and there. All the time you spend trying to save a few £ you could put into making a lot more money.

Without needing to say this, a US Bank Account goes with a US PayPal. Fairly obvious no?

yes obviously USA paypal and USA account. Was just saying can a UK resident open a VBA considering they are US based, its not a type of bank I know anything about
