VCC don't send to PO BOXES. NO ADDRESS WHAT DO I DO?

I currently don't have an address. I would like to get a vcc but so far they aren't so virtual. They have to send you the card, and I spent money on one but I don't have a mailing address so how can I get the card? Or do I have to go find some place in person and buy one?

I thought that I could order one online and they would give me the number and I could use it.

Are there any cards that will let me do that?

Make it easy on yourself and go to Walmart, Riteaid, Walgreens, etc., etc. and get a vanilla gift card.
